At Jaikrish Vidhyashram School, Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and Open Days play a vital role in
strengthening the partnership between home and school. These sessions provide an important platform for
open communication, where parents can review their child’s academic progress, behavioral development, and
co-curricular involvement directly with the teaching faculty.
To maintain the decorum and identity of the institution, we kindly
request that:
Students accompanying their parents must come in full school uniform. This is mandatory and
symbolizes discipline, respect for the institution, and equality among students.
Punctuality is expected from both parents and students to ensure that the schedule is adhered
to, and each parent has sufficient time to interact with teachers.
Parents are encouraged to make note of concerns or questions in advance to make the interaction
more meaningful and focused.
Teachers will provide constructive feedback and suggest areas for improvement while also
acknowledging student achievements.
In case a parent is unable to attend the scheduled PTM, a prior notice should be given to the
school office. An alternative meeting slot may be arranged, subject to availability.
We value your time and cooperation in making these meetings effective and purposeful. Together,
let’s nurture a positive educational journey for every child.
